Delivery Policy

Shipping options are available at checkout. Economy is our default shipping method. Economy shipping typically takes 10–20 days to arrive, though many orders arrive sooner depending on the destination.
Shipping is free for all orders over £33 to most of the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, Canada and Australia, unless otherwise stated in site announcements during promotional sales.

For countries where standard or economy shipping is unavailable due to logistics issues, such as a lack of local courier services or supplier delivery limitations, the shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on quotes from multiple couriers to secure the best available price.

Delivery time consists of:
Processing Time: Order verification, quality inspection and packaging. We ship all orders within 24 hours after placement.
Standard Economy shipping is processed within 1–2 days of ordering and arrives 10–20 days after dispatch.

Transit Time: Transit time means the period the item is in transit after leaving our warehouse until it reaches its destination.

Some goods ship directly from our domestic warehouses, while other items are manufactured and shipped straight from our own factories located in the United States, Canada and Australia.
